Branch Managers



Role:



Establish and maintain customer relationships, maximize branch business as per assigned targets and ensure

quality customer service within the Bank’s internal control and regulatory compliance framework.



Eligibility Criteria:



Bachelor's Degree / Max. age: 42 years / Min. 3 years of experience as Branch Manager of any Commercial Bank.

Lending / Trade related experience will be preferred.



Relationship Managers - Retail



Role:



Business development. sales and marketing of Bank’s products and services through relationship building,

introducing New-to-Bank customers and deepening / cross sell to existing customers.



Eligibility Criteria:



Bachelor’s Degree I Max. age: 32 years / Min. 2 years of experience in a similar role with any Commercial bank’s

branch.



Retail Banking Officers (RBO)



Objective:



lnduct young and fresh talent across the country and take them through a structured program with set learning

objectives so that they can assume roles in Branch Banking Business and Operations.



Eligibility Criteria:



Fresh graduates / Max. age: 26 years.



Location:



Multiple cities across Pakistan.
